SHIPPING COSTS

 

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order.

 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES

 

Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 2-5 business days and then shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 days once shipped. Allowing 5-10 business days is suggested to be safe. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the shipment of your order. We try to ship your product as fast as we can. For Personalized items allow extra 2 days.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for store credit. Once we receive the returned item (s), store credit can be used to exchange the item within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. Used, opened, and /or final sale items cannot be returned for store credit.

 

Personalized orders may not be cancelled once you have given final approval of your proof. Upon final approval of your order, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for any reason. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after final approval of our proof, you will be charged for the reprint.

DIGITAL INSTANT DOWNLOADS - 

Because you get your instant downloads right away, I am not able to refund you, but please contact me if you have any problems with your download or order. Instant Download Art prints Cannot be redistributed, resold or used for commercial purposes. They are for personal use only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 International orders can only be accepted via email. Please email us your order and shipping address.

 

LATE DELIVERIES AND MISSING PARCELS

 

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Please refer to that number to check the status of your order.

 

If a domestic parcel has not been received within 14 days of shipping, or and international parcel within 30 days of shipping, please email us.

 

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

 

We carefully inspected all items for quality before mailing. If your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please email us for a replacement. Items are not returnable after a 72 hour time period. Also please keep in mind that the screen colors on the prints may vary on the printed paper prints.
