What shipping and processing options are available?
There are standard shipping and anything over $50 ships FREE.
When will my package arrive? Please allow 14 business days for delivery.
Where can I buy your products? You can buy them on the website or at my booth at Bayside Artisan Shoppes in Virginia Beach.
Do you ship outside the USA? Currently I do not, I have tried and packages are sent back!
Do you do personalized products? I can personalize any product on the site, just email me at email@example.com but I usually announce on my newsletters (people who are on my email list see my print releases first) when I have some popular product that people like and customize on demand. Those personalized products are in limited quantities. So if you don't want to miss out, sign up for my newsletter HERE (right after the slide).
Are you still painting dogs? I am no longer painting dogs.
Do you pillows have the same print on both sides? Yes all my pillows have the same design on both sides. If you want a different size or just the cover, please contact me so I can provide what you are looking for. I can customize anything you see on the site.
Can I purchase a gift card online? Yes you can, please go HERE
Do you work with any non-profit organizations? Absolutely, that is very important to me! I have donated a percentage of my products profits to St.Jude, Rose Women's Foundation, American Cancer Association and more!
Do you do giveaways? Yes, please email me for more information.
Can I cancel my order? if it has not gone into production, you can but if it has then no. I work really hard on my designs and products to bring you joy and I am just one person. I appreciate your support and understanding.
Where are you from? I was born in Portugal but have been in the US for decades. Go HERE to learn a bit about me.
Do you speak different languages? Yes, in Portugal you have to learn several languages in school.
How do I submit a rating and a review for a product? Go on my site product, if you cannot find it, do a search, then go on product and click to write a review and even upload a picture. Those are so important for me, they build social proof and I am grateful beyond measure. If you have done one and did not get a coupon code, please let me know and I will send you a 10% OFF coupon code.
Are your products made in the US? There are blank products (without my print) that are made overseas and other made in the US, However ALL my products are hand painted/illustrated, designed, printed and shipped in the US.
If I have a question, can I get an answer right away? Shopify has "Shopify Inbox", it's a chat and I try to answer right away, but please remember that I am only one person with a family, dogs, house etc and I might be in the middle of something, but you are a priority so I will try to answer you as fast as I can. You an always email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions. Please don't DM if you are on Instagram, because I most likely will not see it, so ask in a comment or email me.
